	Richmond is a city of monuments that has become something of a monument itself to America’s New South. 	Central Fidelity Bank Building Built in 1929, it stands at 23 stories tall. Bob Englander’s CathFord Group promises to pump new blood into the landmark Central Fidelity Bank tower possibly reinventing it as a 180-bedroom-suite hotel.
